This non-refundable $275 deposit initiates the process of designing a one-of-a-kind engagement ring and will be applied toward your final piece.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that the custom engagement process requires time, design labor, and creative consideration prior to the production of a finished ring.

In the case that proposals, design concepts, and sourcing are completed and do not result in the purchase of a finished ring, the deposit will not be refunded.

The standard lead time for custom engagement rings is approximately 10 to 12 weeks from initial meeting. We can accommodate requests for expedited completion but require an additional $500 rush fee.

By proceeding with an engagement exploration request, the customer confirms their intent to move forward in good faith and understands that Mary MacGill is not fiscally responsible for projects that are paused, cancelled, or do not progress beyond the proposal stage. Deposit is good for 90 days.
