This non-refundable $275 deposit initiates a custom project and will be applied toward the final balance of the piece.

The custom design process includes up to two rounds of curated proposals. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur further design fees.

Once the final design is approved, a 50% production deposit is required to begin fabrication. Any prior deposits will be applied toward that balance. All custom pieces are final sale.

Production timelines are approximately 4–6 weeks from receipt of the 50% production deposit. Expedited projects will require a $500 rush fee.

This deposit secures design time and proposal development and is therefore non-refundable.
